Fishguard

Driving further north, stayed at St Davids but we were up in the clouds so couldnt see much but the following day drove down to Fishguard with some new found friends and had a glorious day walking around this old harbour. We also visited the library where they had on display a tapestry depicting the last french invasion into Britain. It was 30.4 metres long and 53 centimetres wide.It told the whole story,it was truly amazing to see the work that had gone into this. The women that made it,did it for the 200th year anniversary. We then had to go into the pub where the treaty was signed to toast this piece of history
